Effectively trap mosquitoes, moths, flies, and other common household flying insects with no odors, burning smell, or harmful chemicals. The portable indoor mosquito trap even has a unique twist-on/off feature that prevents insects from escaping while cleaning. The trap emits light and odorless, harmless carbon dioxide (the same gas people exhale during respiration) to lure mosquitoes. Carbon dioxide is generated when ultraviolet rays from the integrated uv bulb react with a titanium dioxide coating inside the trap. When the mosquitoes are drawn to the device, the whisper-quiet vacuum fan traps the insects and sends them to a removable screened compartment where they die of dehydration.
